Cheshire Wildlife Trust s 2021 calendar features this image of a sparrow taking a bath, taken by Dave Gillespie Cheshire Wildlife Trust is looking for budding photographers to feature in its charity calendar for 2022 – and this year’s wall hanging is full of Warrington’s keen snappers. Landscape and wildlife across the region will appear in next year’s calendar and could include insects, birds and mammals as well as parks, woodlands and meadows. Great Sankey’s Dave Gillespie has two of his shots in the calendar for 2021 – pigeons and a sparrow taking a bath – and Chris Beesley, who has an art studio and gallery in Padgate, also has two of his pictures on the pages – a swan at Dunham Massey and the Bridgewater Canal in Lymm.
