Probs feeling like it s been too long since they exchanged words, DJ Maphorisa and Prince Kaybee got into a “sub-tweets” twar over the origins of amapiano this week.
It hardly takes much to ignite a fire on the TL between Phori and his fave Twitter-war mate Kaybee. And on Wednesday Mzansi was treated to a brief shady exchange of words between the two as they subtweeted each other over who should take credit for pioneering the amapiano genre that has taken the world by storm.

DJ Maphorisa continues to flex his Gucci drip for the whole TL to see, showing off his collection to fans ahead of a trip to Kenya.
The star was out to impress when he dressed for his visit up north and was obviously feeling himself enough to shoot a video for the ’gram.
“It’s a Gucci day. Ready to rock Kenya,” he wrote, showing off his shirt, belt and accessories.

Afro-pop musician Tresor Riziki has joined forces with hitmakers DJ Maphorisa and Kabza de Small to create an amapiano inspired 14-track album titled
Ramble in the Jungle.
In an interview with TshisaLIVE, Tresor detailed what it felt like to step out of his comfort zone and spread his wings.
