Srinagar: More than 30 years after the abduction of Rubaiya Sayeed, the daughter of former home minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, a special TADA court has finally framed charges against Yasin Malik, the chief of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) and nine others.
According to sources, the TADA court has enough evidence against Malik and others as they were also identified by Sayeed during an identification parade as the individuals who had kidnapped her.
