regular gas is projected to average $3.68 a gallon on thanksgiving, about 30 cents higher than last year. diesel fuel used in most trucks is averaging about $5.29 a gallon. in tonight s moneywatch, cbs s airpd adrian explains what s fueling the stubbornly high prices. reporter: if you want to know about diesel prices, hitch a ride with j.d. paintin and his chihuahua axle.
