NJJ Capital, owned by French billionaire Xavier Niel, is buying the assets of Datagroup Holding Limited, a national fixed-line and digital services provider, news agency Interfax-Ukraine reported on Feb. 13, citing the response of Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU).
