After a year of restaurants trying to eek out a living, Burbank, California-based Jinya Holdings Inc. has proven that its brands are well positioned for growth in 2021. Even though 2020 presented all sorts of challenges for the industry, we put our heads together and came up with creative new ways to set our brands up for success, Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO, said in a company press release. The change, which decreased labor costs, streamlined the menu and optimized technology, led to the opening of two Bushi locations in Los Angeles.
