BACOLOD CITY The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the local police raided a drug den in Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, where four persons were arrested and P102,000 worth of shabu was seized on Sunday. Arrested during the drug operation were Jinggoy Santillan, the a
