　　前不久，深圳市商务局发布《关于推动电子商务加快发展的若干措施》的实施细则，对符合资质的电商企业进行资助扶持，以期推动深圳电商跨越式发展。　　在加速培育本地法人电商平台方面，深圳将对电商平台企业融资、办公用房、贷款利息、新技术新模式应用、贡献等进行资助和奖励。在贡献奖励方面，细则对深圳电商平台企业或通过其平台进行网络销售的在深注册的集团内企业，纳入深圳市社会消费品零售总额统计的网络零售额首次超过200亿元、100亿元、50亿元的，分别给予企业1000万元、800万元、300万元的一次性奖励，每上一个档位奖励一次。　　在加大力度引进大型电商平台方面，深圳将对近3年在深注册成立总部企业或结算中心的电商企业进行资助和奖励。如被深圳认定为总部企业并在深建设线上平台（包括新建、迁入、升级
