据媒体报道，奈雪的茶较原计划提前一天关簿结束招股，最终认购额超2200亿港元，超额认购超430倍，接到认购申请超64万份。
据最新招股书显示，2018年至2020年，奈雪的茶分别实现收入10.87亿元、25.02亿元、30.57亿元；净亏损6972.9万元、3968.0万元、2.03亿元。不过，2020年，奈雪的茶录得经调整净利润1664.3万元，扭亏为盈。
对于亏损，奈雪的茶称，主要原因是公司不断迅速扩大业务规模及扩展茶饮店网络。2020年净亏损进一步扩大，归因于确认以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融负债公允价值变动1.33亿元。奈雪的茶同时表示：“我们过去曾产生净亏损，日后我们可能会继续产生重大净亏损。”
