“我们家近20天没办法用燃气做饭了，每天不是在叫外卖就是用电饭锅煮玉米，不知道什么时候能够恢复供气。”7月12日，家住铁西区景星北街“顺星北苑”的居民刘女士向辽沈帮帮帮求助。
7月12日，刘女士反映，6月下旬，燃气公司称顺星北苑12号楼1单元楼下浴池发生燃气泄漏，为防止意外，对整个单元的燃气进行停供措施，使得该单元住户都无法使用燃气。居民的生活受到了极大影响，“20多天居民不能开火做饭，不知道该找哪些部门，愁人。”
7月13日上午，辽沈晚报记者来到顺星北苑小区，小区居民表示一楼门市的浴池长年潮湿，对金属的燃气管线造成腐蚀，为了避免发生意外，燃气公司采取了停供措施。
对此，小区12号楼一楼浴池的负责人表示，
