The Llano County Sheriff’s Office said that Jimmy Wolfenbarger, 57, gave himself up to authorities Wednesday for the homicide of Holly Simmons, whose teen daughter reported her missing in 2006, according to CNN.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said that the surrender followed Wolfenbarger’s indictment last week on one count of murder in the case, according to the news outlet. He has been released from Lubbock County Jail after posting $2 million bond, said the sheriff’s office.
