Spectrum Insurance acquired by new owner
ROCKFORD Local businessman Jimmy Rozinsky recently acquired sole ownership of the 39-year-old local insurance group Spectrum Insurance Agency.
This acquisition perfects a perpetuation plan that has been in place for a number of years between Rozinsky and former President and CEO Bruce A. Graham. Graham has agreed to remain with the agency in an advisory capacity.
