University of Lynchburg launches “Suit Yourself” to help students dress for success
Students at the University of Lynchburg have a new resource that will help them be better prepared for job and graduate school interviews. It’s “Suit Yourself,” a clothes closet on the third floor of Schewel Hall, where students can “shop” for interview attire at no cost to them. Faculty and staff members say they’ve been seeing students who don’t have appropriate clothing and aren’t aware of what business attire is expected in the professional world. Donations suits, dress shirts and shoes, scarves and ties, etc. are currently being accepted. That includes new and gently used items that are clean and in good condition.
