A police officer and a civilian have been arrested in Lira district in possession of an illegal firearm they were trying to sell.
Emmanuel Onyanga, a PPC no 71630 attached to Bugweri police station, and Isaac Ocaka, a peasant of Teduka cell, Aduku town council in Kwania district were arrested following a tip-off by a concerned local.
