The Stockton Police Department on Wednesday unveiled a new memorial to honor fallen officer Jimmy Inn. A highway sign bearing Inn’s name will hang over the Crosstown Freeway in Stockton.
The Stockton Police Officers Association and the Stockton Professional Firefighters wrote letters in support of naming the library after fallen first responders.
