Konover acquires Southington age-restricted apartments for $10 8M

A subsidiary of The Simon Konover Co. has acquired Eden and Main Apartments, a 55-plus rental community in Southington, the company announced. Konover Residential Corp. purchased the property at 37 Eden Ave. for $10.75 million in July, property records show. The seller was DRA Eden Avenue LLC of New Jersey. Eden and Main Apartments is a 41-unit community that was recently developed by New Jersey-based Kokes Properties.
