Florida this morning, we are beginning to get a sense of the damage left behind by Hurricane Irma as the storm continues. Its assault on the southeast. It has weakened to a posttropical cyclone. Millions in georgia and South Carolina are without power and are cut off from their homes. In jacksonville, entire streets were swallowed by record flooding as heavy rain and storm surge hit the city t.
