It s been almost three months since the 2020 presidential election, and a majority of Texas Republicans still believe there was widespread voter fraud.
Former President Donald Trump repeatedly asserted baseless claims that widespread election fraud caused his loss to President Joe Biden, a claim he brought to court dozens of times. Several Texans in politics parroted these claims, including Sen. Ted Cruz, Attorney General Ken Paxton and Rep. Louie Gohmert.
