In a recent interview, Jim Russell explained why he decided to sell after so long.
âBecause Iâm old and he wanted it,â he said, pointing to Jim Coddington. âIâm 72 years old. Iâve been here for 44 years, and I think itâs probably time.â
Coddington said finding the lumberyard for sale helped him and his family achieve a lifeâs goal.
âI told people a couple of years ago, weâd been vacationing out here for several years and we loved it so much, if we could find a way to make a living, weâd move out here,â he said.
