KFI, Los Angeles Suspends Tim Conway, Jr and Sheron Bellio for Racist Bit. According to a report in Deadline, iHeartMedia and KFI, Los Angeles have suspended evening talk host Tim Conway Jr. and executive producer Sheron Bellio after the two performed a bit in which Conway pretended to interview .

Catalyst dubbed the group the “wolfpack” and in November of 2017 sued in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, alleging the individuals and companies had engaged in a conspiracy to torpedo its troubled publicly traded lending entity, Callidus Capital Corp.
The allegations were based on an article published in the
Wall Street Journal on Aug. 9, 2017, outlining whistleblower accusations against Catalyst and Callidus, which said the article triggered a “chaotic sell-off” of Callidus shares by “naked” short-sellers. The defendants have denied the charges and countersued.

On May 11, the Texas House passed HB 1987 by 103-42. It prohibits candidates for public office from being officers of a political party. The bill only applies to parties that nominate by primary. In the neighborhood of Southbridge, the streets are getting more crowded with the addition of more houses in nearby Potomac Shores.
According to Southbridge resident Jim Riley, a neighborhood located next to Potomac Shores, use Wayside Drive to cut through his neighborhood to get to Route 1.
Riley, a former president of the Southbridge Community Association, says that there’s an agreement in place between the Prince William County and Potomac Shores’ developer to fix this issue.
The agreement stipulates that the then-developer SunCal, which started building Potomac Shores near Dumfries in 2013 before it sold the development to New York City-based Biddle Real Estate Ventures, would be responsible for the development of Potomac Shores Parkway.

We got here by cutting down forests and leveling jungles. Maybe we build desalination plants, plant trees, then pipe the water to the trees. Do this on a grand scale. The Israelis have already done this with the Negev desert. Instead we keep cutting down trees and wondering why itâs getting so hot.
