MUSKEGON, MI – An estimated $15 million parking ramp with residential and retail space is in early planning stages for a lot near downtown Muskegon’s arena and convention center.
The 500-space ramp, as well as the commercial uses, would raise funds to support the urban bus system, according to officials from the county and city of Muskegon.
