C&J Bus Lines expands NYC schedules

PORTSMOUTH C&J Bus Lines has announced it is expanding its motor coach schedules to New York City. Starting June 25, C&J will offer daily executive-class service to NYC with additional trips on Fridays and Sundays.

C&J Bus Lines owner Jim Jalbert said the COVID-19 vaccination clinic being run out of the Dover terminal has been perhaps the most successful location in the state, he told Seacoast Current.
Since January, C&J has been partnering with the State of New Hampshire to run a vaccination clinic in the company s bus terminal located in Dover. The location, situated on Indian Brook Road off the Spaulding Turnpike, had been shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Jalbert.
Jalbert said this got him thinking proactively about how to be part of the solution regarding coronavirus. He began having conversations with the state about using the now-vacated bus terminal in Dover, and the state eventually agreed to turn it into a vaccination site.
