He said he understands the vaccine isnât for everyone, but he plans to get it as soon as itâs available. Connecticutâs positivity rate continues to fluctuate in the most recent weeks due to holiday gatherings. About 166 out of 169 Connecticut towns, including Oxford, are at the red alert level, the highest of the stateâs four alert levels.
