A hitandrun driver killed a man in his 60s this morning in north philadelphia. Police the speeding rental honda crv hit the victim who was crossing the street around midnight. The impact threw the mans body into an oncoming vehicle. That driver of that car did stop to help. The honda was later found abandoned on bambry street. Lets take a look at what exactly these folks did. So this study looked at patients in 671 hospitals on six continents. Nearly 15,000 patients in the hospital received hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine or azithromycin, some combination that involved hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine. What they found is that the folks who took these drugs were 33 to 45 more likely to die. And thats after adjusting for all sorts of differences between these patients. They were still 33 to 45 more likely to die. They were also between 2. 4 and 5 times more likely to develop heart arrhythmias.
