The Giminetti Baking Company in Walnut Hills says it has hired one of the top pastry chefs in New York City to help launch its revamped café and bread shop
Chef Cory Colton, who has been featured on Bloomberg news platforms, CNBC, the Eater food news and dining guide and The New York Times, is busy preparing for a mid-June opening of the newly dubbed The Bread Bar at Giminetti Baking Company.
The café and bread shop at 2900 Gilbert Ave. temporarily closed in December to update its restaurant space and menu.
Giminetti’s wholesale bakery operations at the same address continued to operate.
