One of our uniformed officers observed an individual hiding behind the tree inside the wood line near the Elementary School. It turned out to be the wanted fugitive earl edington. Edington was wanted for failing to register his address with authorities as a condition of he had been living in the woods and his campsite is in plain view of the playground.
