A bill that would allow someone to get a driver's license or a state identification card without showing proof of legal presence in the United States is up for a vote in the Minnesota House on Monday.
The proposal would allow someone to get a Minnesota license without showing proof of U.S. citizenship and restrict Driver and Vehicle Services' ability to share drivers' immigration information.
