WYESIDE Arts Centre chiefs are looking for a new chair of the board of trustees to guide the venue through these challenging times. Current interim chair Maureen Mackenzie is stepping down from the role in March and those at the Builth Wells arts centre are looking to recruit an experienced leader who has a passion for the arts, to support board and general manager. “We welcome applications from individuals with experience of governance and with the commitment, qualities and attributes to effectively lead our organisation,” said a Wyeside spokesperson. “We face challenging times ahead while having an ambitious redevelopment plan to ensure a sustainable future for Wyeside.”
