how to celebrate her husband Haroldâs 74th birthday in February. A nice dinner out? Getting together with friends and family? The pandemic had other ideas.
Then she heard about the giant, colorful letters spelling out âHappy Birthdayâ that had been posted in âEverything Is Free Arlington,â a Facebook group where residents can claim unwanted goods at no cost.
