Upset with state govt’s cuts in minority funds, Tanzeem submits memorandum to AC Bhatkal: December 16, 2020 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Majlis-e-Islah-o-Tanzeem today handed over a memorandum to the Chief Minister through AC against the state government’s cut in minority funds. Expressing his views on the occasion, Mr. Abdul Raqib MJ, General Secretary of Majlis-e-Islah-o-Tanzeem said that the present state government led by B.S Yediyurappa does not take the minorities seriously. He said that funds for the welfare of minorities i.e. Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Parsis, Jains and Buddhists are being slashed and many schemes given to them are being shut down.
