Ace Records has released a new cover of a 1960s Bee Gees rarity “Ring My Bell” by Strangers in a Strange Land, joined by original Bee Gees guitarist Vince Melouney.
Vince Melouney told
Goldmine, “I played guitar on the original recording of “Ring My Bell when I was a member of The Bee Gees and now playing on Stranger in a Strange Land’s version some 53 years on is a real blast!” In the U.S., from 1967 through 1969, The Bee Gees quintet was in the U.S. Top 40 eight times.
