　　 1.山西省煤炭运销集团和顺鸿润煤业公司采煤毁林案。2021年1月12日、2月4日，《经济参考报》两次报道山西省煤炭运销集团和顺鸿润煤业公司盗采煤炭毁林问题。国家林草局2月8日即派工作组现地督办，3月30日对该案挂牌督办。经查，和顺鸿润煤业公司自2014年以来，违法侵占林地121.25公顷(1818.75亩)，违法采伐林木蓄积1617立方米。和顺县林业局先后下发11次停工通知、7次整改通知和2个文件，但违法行为长期禁而不绝，性质恶劣。经督办，和顺县公安局、检察院、法院成立专班，开展案件侦查，并对16名犯罪嫌疑人采取强制措施，目前该案已移送检察院审查起诉。所涉林地已全部回收并复绿，和顺鸿润煤业公司被处以1.06亿元综合性行政处罚，并缴纳矿山环境恢复和土地复垦费用3.15亿元。和顺县纪委对19名有关人员立案审查。　　 2.黑龙江省�
