Apple launched Fitness+ as a fitness service built around Apple Watch. The service is now getting more inclusive as Apple is making fitness welcoming and inclusive to all. The company is adding new workouts targeted specifically toward pregnancy and older adults. Plus, it is rolling out several new Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Strength workouts for beginners. Apple says that these workouts are designed to help users build confidence working out, no matter their fitness level.
Workouts for Pregnancy consist of 10 workouts across Strength, Core, and Mindful Cooldown. It is led by Fitness+ trainer and mom-to-be Betina Gozo. Every workout is a quick 10 minutes. It is designed to accommodate any stage of pregnancy and any fitness level. Further, it includes tips for modifying workouts using a pillow for comfort as the body changes.

Apple Fitness+ is gaining new workouts today, adding specific sessions for pregnancy and that target older adults and beginners. It’s part of a workout boost for the Apple Watch-centered subscription fitness system, and will also include a new Time to Walk session with Jane Fonda.
Announced last year, Fitness+ opened up its guided sessions in December 2020. It relies on exercise tracking through the Apple Watch, with tutorials and classes delivered via a variety of the company’s screens, such as Apple TV, iPad, and iPhone.
