Kennedy Jhon Gasper, 20, was chosen to create the national costume of Miss Cameroon, Africa Angèle Kossinda. His school, the Central Luzon State University (CLSU), made the announcement through a Facebook post. In the comments section, Gasper thanked his teachers for their help. ”Our 3rd year student of BSFTT-FD has (been) given a big role as national costume designer to one of the candidates of MISS UNIVERSE 2021,” the caption read.
