It happened during a raid linked to the investigation into the paris attacks in november which left 130 people dead, and hundreds injured. Police have blocked off road theres the citys southern suburb where events are still unfolding. Major of the area where the raid has taken place says it is centered on a building in the suburb. Translator shots were fired this afternoon, and there were two people hiding in a building. The security perimeter was set up by the police, and then the Security Forces arrived. Operations are still ongoing. The situation is calm. There is a police presence, and the local residents have been staying in doors.
