Sharie Johnson and a similar situation yesterday after a 48 year old man died from an apparent scuba diving accident. He has been identified as fred arnold from tampa florida. Cbs florida reports he was a 27 year verteran at the tampa police department. The incident happened yesterday around 130. Authorities received a call that arnold surfaced but was unconscious. Crews tried to revive the diver but he was later pronounced dead.
