Moberly city council members were handed summary reports for the month of January to review from each of the city s department heads at its Feb. 16 business meeting.
Here s a look at content of what some of those reports contained.
Among the items in his monthly report for January, Community Development Director Tom Sanders highlighted issues concerning vacant/foreclosed property, infill housing projects and code enforcement issues.
Sanders informed the Moberly city council there are numerous vacant and foreclosed properties in town having little motivation for such sites to be properly taken care of as well as collections made.
