[applause] tonight s debate will focus on job creation and building long- term economic growth across south carolina. part one involves questions from the media panel and include questions that are submitted from viewers and readers of the morning news. each canada will have the opportunity to answer five questions posed by each panel member. the candidates will have one minute 30 seconds to answer the question. the other three candid
