We actually do like the location because of the convenience. At the time we were living there , i do not own a car, so we proposed not to have a garage. We do like the neighborhood because the convenience for groceries and also other amenities. As well as the neighborhood. My two daughters would like to go there for school. Lastly, we would like to build the structure where we would [indiscernible] we are also striving for a rating for the building.
