One-and-done. Thousands of Delaware County residents lined up for their shots of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine at Delaware County s drive through clinic at Delaware County Community College on Saturday. A steady line of motorists snaked around the parking lots of the college, patiently awaiting their turn to pull into one of three tents to get the shot without leaving their cars. âThings are going fantastic,â said Timothy Boyce, county director of emergency services. âThousands of hours of people dedicating their time, and we are moving through these lines and people are getting vaccinated in Delaware County.â
