Rural western North Dakota has largely avoided brunt of COVID-19 so far
The residents in the lowly-populated region of western North Dakota have a wide variety of opinions about the virus, from people who believe the COVID-19 virus is not real, all the way to those getting vaccinated and taking precautions.
