Man arrested for shooting, injuring 2 people on I-15 © Provided by KUTV Salt Lake City A  man was arrested Monday after he allegedly shot at another vehicle during a road-rage incident on Interstate 15, injuring two people.  Jesse Luker, 31, was booked into the Utah County Jail on charges of aggravated assault, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, and reckless endangerment, a probable cause affidavit states.  Luker was reportedly driving southbound on I-15 in Lehi in a black 2010 Chevrolet Silverado pickup at approximately 7:35 a.m. A group of five people was also traveling southbound at the same time, ahead of Luker, in a white 2019 Ram pickup.
