Ruthven Disturbance Leads to Alleged Discovery of Narcotics By charguth May 28, 2021 5:47 am Saga Communications Ruthven, IA (KICD)– Two Northwest Iowans are facing a number of drug related charges after police received a disturbance call earlier this week. 24-year-old Jesse Colhour of Ruthven and 21-year-old Kira Pullen of Spencer was taken into custody in the 1600 block of Burns Street early Tuesday afternoon after an investigation into the call reportedly led Palo Alto County authorities to the discovery of illegal narcotics. Both parties were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Colhour was additional charged with possession of methamphetamine, fifth degree criminal mischief and simple assault.
