Pastor Mike Crowson said the new wheelchair will allow him to go out on rougher surfaces and is looking forward to hunting, fishing and serving the community in it.
Mike Crowson is known in Fulton for spreading joy from the corner of his house with a simple smile and wave. Now, the community wants to give back to him.
