The vacant Algonquin State Bank could be redeveloped into a building that would have a restaurant and up to two other businesses, according to Algonquin village officials.
Work is underway on an industrial and commercial campus in Algonquin that would be the first of its kind in the village, officials say. The development, when complete, will include five buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet on the 147-acre site, according to village documents.
