But Lee acknowledged that there are still votes to be counted in the razor-thin race votes that county officials said would take days to be recorded and Irwin did not concede.
A recent poll showed Summer Lee up by 25 points in Pennsylvania’s 12th District Democratic primary, but that lead quickly shrank as Israel lobby groups pumped more than $3 million into the race.
