About 400 signs have been placed around the City of Naples, reading "Stop the Stall and "A Stroke is No Time for a Road Trip." The messages signify a group of residents within the city limits who support the construction of the proposed NCH Cardiac Institute at the healthcare system's Downtown Baker Hospital Campus.
