A northwest Ohio business is still out $27,000 and the owners believe it could be because of Reverse Positive Pay service they purchased from their bank.
Jeremy Wiswell and his wife, Sarah, deposited a business check for $295 in a Toledo USPS box. It was stolen, the information changed and then cashed for $27,395.
