Tampa police say the driver hit went into a ditch then hit a telephone pole. That crash caused the power to go out for about 30 minutes. Crews had to rescue several people who got stuck in elevators someone even became trapped in a workout room. That driver was arrested and charged with drunk driving. 3 3 developing this morning.
