So were talking rain and a winter storm watch in the Sierra Nevada. More than 200 people aboard a russian passenger plane have died after the aircraft crashed today. Investigators are looking into how that plane went down. Relatives of passengers were at the airport in st. Petersburg as they awaited news of the crash. Officials say air Traffic Control lost contact with the aircraft 23 minutes after takeoff. 224 people were on the plane, many of them russians returning from vacation. Russian president Vladimir Putin has declared an official day of mourning for tomorrow to honor the victims. Back at home a pack of aggressive raccoons on the attack in San Francisco.
